PolyBot ("the Service") is a software tool that connects to your personal Polymarket proxy wallet and places trades on prediction markets according to algorithmic signals you choose to enable. It is sold as a software-as-a-service subscription. PolyBot is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, financial planner, or fund manager. It is a trading tool you operate yourself.
Your funds remain in your own Polymarket proxy wallet at all times. PolyBot never custodies user funds. You can withdraw, pause, or stop the Service at any time directly from Telegram or by moving your funds out of the proxy wallet. We never have unilateral access to move your money.
Trading prediction markets carries real financial risk. Prices can move against you, markets can resolve unfavorably, oracles can rule unexpectedly, and exchanges can experience downtime. Past performance — including any historical PnL we display — does not guarantee future results. The Service produces signals based on statistical edges and AI analysis, neither of which guarantees profitable trades. Nothing PolyBot tells you, displays, or executes constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
You may lose some or all of the funds you allocate to PolyBot. Do not deposit funds you cannot afford to lose. We strongly recommend starting with a small bankroll and scaling only after you personally verify the Service performs as you expect.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use PolyBot. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of prediction markets and automated trading complies with the laws of your country, state, or region. PolyBot is not available to residents of jurisdictions where prediction market trading is prohibited. By using the Service you represent that you are legally permitted to do so.
The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis after an optional free trial. Subscriptions are charged in advance for the period stated at checkout (typically monthly). All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of unused time in the current period. We accept payment via Stripe and via cryptocurrency through NowPayments.
We make a reasonable effort to keep the Service running 24/7, but we do not guarantee uptime. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Polymarket, Anthropic, Google, sportsbooks, blockchain nodes) and may be interrupted, degraded, or temporarily unavailable due to issues outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, missed trades, delayed exits, oracle failures, or third-party outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyBot, its operators, and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service; (b) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, wallets, or data; (d) submit deliberately false information during onboarding; (e) abuse the Service to manipulate prediction markets in any manner that would constitute market manipulation under applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse of the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. If your account is suspended for cause, no refund will be issued.
We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service: your Telegram user ID, your Polymarket proxy wallet address, your trade history, and your subscription status. We do not sell or share this data with third parties except as required to process payments (Stripe, NowPayments) or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via Telegram to active users at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, where the Service operator resides. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
